Most items ship from either our Memphis Design Studio or Warehouse, typically with a lead time of 3 business days or less [we strive to ship within 1 business day when possible].
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order ships, you will be sent tracking information for your order by either text or by email (depending on your preferred method at checkout). You may then track using the number(s) supplied for your shipment.
Our preferred carriers are UPS + FedEx. Being centrally located means that it generally takes 2 to 4 business days after shipment to deliver to just about anywhere in the Continental USA.
Where do you ship?
Studio 901 Goods ships to street addresses in the Continental USA with FREE Ground Shipping. Sorry, we do not ship to p.o. boxes.
Please note that Studio 901 Goods does not ship outside of the Continental USA.

We take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn't right with your order, please contact the Studio 901 Goods Customer Care Department. A member of our team will process either an item replacement or issue a refund to you.
What is your return policy?
Studio 901 Goods wants you to love what you purchase from us. If you do not love your item, our return policy is that any unused item in a sellable condition may be returned (in original packaging):
• Contact our customer care team within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees to our Memphis warehouse. All returned items have to have a return authorization (RA#) confirmed with our Customer Care department prior to return. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition in order for full refund to be issued. After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in sellable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been received. Your refund or credit will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
