Most items ship from either our Memphis Design Studio  typically with a lead time 1 to 3 business days or less [we strive to ship within 1 business day when possible].

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
✉︎ Studio 901 Goods [S901] ships all of our orders via the U.S. Post Office using First Class Mail. With the ongoing post office delivery challenges, there may be additional transit time that our delivery estimates may not cover. S901 has no control over this third-party service, and can in no way give you an "arrive-by" date guarantee for any order. As soon as your order ships you will receive an automatic shipping email with a link to track. We recommend you use the tracking link to sign up for automatic updates to the delivery of your package. Note - the tracking number via the USPS will ALWAYS have more updated information than we will be able to provide.

Studio 901 Goods ships to any address in the USA with FREE shipping, everyday!

Please note that Studio 901 Goods does not ship outside of the USA.

Damages + Returns |
We take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn't right with your order, please contact the Studio 901 Goods Customer Care Department. A member of our team will process either an item replacement or issue a refund to you.

What is your return policy?
Studio 901 Goods wants you to love what you purchase from us. If you do not love your item, our return policy is that any unused item in a sellable condition may be returned (in original packaging) minus all associated shipping costs:

• Contact our customer care team within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.

All returns must be authorized in advance by our Customer Care team and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA#). Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your return and confirm the items meet these requirements, we will send you an email notification. Refunds or store credits will be issued within 2–3 business days of return receipt, less original shipping charges.

Please note: As a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs for reasons other than product damage.
